Castille Station — Data Center (≈102–104 acres)

102 to 106 acres site on the south side of Interstate 40 with easy access to highway frontage. Conceptual site plan includes multiple office buildings, large pads for Data Center Development, Onsite pad for power plant for either “Behind the meter” or “Grid Tied” energy centers or both, and Multiple pads for large yard uses for equipment dealerships, or logistical support for regional construction projects.
